At Curbing KC, we are committed to providing transparency. Below is important information on our installation conditions.
Important Curbing KC Installation Conditions:
1. Any utilities such as cable, phone and sprinkler heads must be marked prior to the installation. Curbing KC is not responsible for damage to these items.
2. Property lines must be clearly marked by the customer to prevent intrusion into adjourning properties. Curbing KC is not responsible for replacing edging installed over property lines.
3. Customer must clearly mark areas to be installed. Curbing KC will not be responsible for edging installed in areas not having proper markings.
4. Crews are allowed to make minor adjustments to installations to accommodate landscaping or machine intrusion limitations.
Damage: Newly installed concrete edging is susceptible to damage for the first 24 hours. Curbing KC will repair edging during the 24-hour timeframe caused by weather or naturual occurrences only. Damage by any other cause will resort in a scheduled service repair change.
Cracking: Curbing KC uses installation techniques to try to minimize hairline fractures in the curbing. Expansion joints and additional concrete fibers are included in every job. Curbing KC does not guarantee that hairline cracking will not occur. However, we take every step necessary to prevent this.
Warranty: Curbing KC has a two-year warranty on workmanship. Damage not caused by weather or other natural occurences is not included. Separation and heaving only are covered, not hairline fractures. If tree roots cause the curb to heave or shift, it is not covered in the warranty.
Colors: Curbing KC is not responsible for color variations from the color charts.

Some product installation techniques split schedules for completion of projects. Customers will be advised of scheduling times for these installations.

Payment/terms: Payment is due in full upon completion. If payment is not received within ten business days, the customer will be charged interest at the rate of 105 percent per month from the date of installation.
