Our Process
Ground Prep
We work with you to mark out the recommended curb path design. Once the path, stamp design, and color scheme are decided, we use a trenching machine that cuts into your sod where we previously sprayed down the path. The trencher cuts a 9-inch-wide path. This allows the grass to grow into the curb. We do a quick clean up of the soil and then get started on the installation.
Mixing
We do all of the concrete mixing right from our Curbing KC Trailer. This helps keep your yard less cluttered while maximizing efficiency during installation and cleanup. Every run has your design pattern and integral color scheme as a top priority to ensure consistent mix.
Extruding
Our Harpten curbing machine is at the top of its class. After extrusion, we begin troweling, then fine tune the curb with slag and grout tools before stamping.
Stamping, MORE Coloring, and Sealing
We are meticulous in aligning each imprint. We roll stamp your chosen design and add even more color to your satisfaction. We'll clean up the area and head out. After a few days, our team will come back to seal it for durability and give it a sheen look. After a few months, we'll reach out to schedule its first reseal to ensure the curb lasts long. After that point, its recommended to reseal every 3 years.
